7 Days Easy Exchange/Return
In case the Products you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 7 days and we will solve your issue within next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have Refund as well.
Note: Any item sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless it is defective or damaged.
When Can You Exchange?
- You received a defective Product
- You received a physically damaged Product
- You are unhappy with the Product’s quality
- The Product is different from the description on the website
Return Can Occur in Two Stages:
1. After receiving the delivery and if the product delivered is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’.
Not Eligible for Exchange/Return:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items sold as combos/sets (cannot be returned individually)
- Products that have been used
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Items without original tags or labels

Time Limit: Within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- We will confirm the request and inform you of the pickup process.
- Ensure the product is unused and in original condition with all tags, labels, invoice.
Return Delivery Charge
We Will Bear Delivery Charge If:
- You received a defective Product
- You received a physically damaged Product
- You are unhappy with the Product’s quality
- The Product is different from description on the website
You Will Bear Delivery Charge If:
- You change your mind and cancel the booking after delivery
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued when:
- We are unable to deliver the ordered product(s)
- We are unable to provide replacement
- A different Product is delivered to you
